What is Anxiety?

People with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) cannot stop themselves from worrying constantly about common situations. They worry about things like work, health, family, finances, or literally anything else. While most people feel anxious at times, people with GAD feel overwhelmed by their anxiety. Living with constant worry can become a major distraction to the point where you cannot live a normal life because of the thoughts and feelings driven by your anxiety.

Constant Worry

An unhealthy fixation on a specific concern and an inability to do stop thinking about that concern when you try.

Trouble Sleeping

Having a difficulty either falling asleep or staying asleep as a result of uncontrollable thoughts or feelings.

Excessive Fatigue

Feeling more tired than usual and not as a result of having lack of sleep or overextending yourself physically.
