Adrienne Keefer has embodied the Recover mission since joining our team in November 2024. She is driven by her experience serving in both direct support and leadership roles for disability services nonprofits — overseeing program operations, regulatory compliance, supporting team training & development and ensuring overall service quality.

As Director of Documentation, Adrienne excels at making complex processes more manageable for our clients. She is responsible for making sure that all clinical documentation is completed accurately and processed within 3-5 business days. She leads our team of Documentation Specialists, who collectively process thousands of documents every month.

Adrienne earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Metropolitan State University, in Denver, CO. And brings a trauma-informed lens to her work and leadership style.

Outside of Recover, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her friends & family, traveling and exploring public lands in Colorado. She is also a proud dog person & silversmith.
