Our Mission:
Helping 1 million
Americans by 2035.

More Americans than ever are struggling with their mental health at work and school. Yet until now, the system to access leave, disability benefits and accommodations was slow, expensive and complicated. So we decided to build the solution ourselves.

Founded by a
former patient
with his therapist.

After struggling with mental health for more than a decade, Ken DeCesare knows firsthand how it can impact your life. With support & guidance from an exceptional therapist named Kelly Piazza, Ken learned the skills he needed to recover his mental health once and for all. Ken then founded Recover and made it his mission to help others.

Ken And Kelly

Motivated and
inspired by our
own experiences.

Every member of our team has been personally impacted by mental health. Whether by their own personal struggle or a loved one’s. This not only provides us with a clear perspective and deep understanding of the people that Recover helps, but it motivates us to keep pushing and not give up where others might – because it’s personal.
