Daniela Finello is passionate about helping others. Her experience in psychology and mental health — across both inpatient & outpatient settings, as well as disciplines such as admissions & case management, is what guides her career in clinical leadership.

As Director of Intake at Recover, Daniela is responsible for making sure that every new client is properly evaluated so our doctors can determine the appropriate level of care needed. She leads a team of Masters-level Intake Counselors, who collectively perform thousands of evaluations every month.

Daniela earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University, in Tallahassee, FL. She then earned her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL.

Outside of Recover, Daniela enjoys spending time with her friends & family (including her beloved dog), traveling (especially trips to Disney World) and finding new foods to try!
