Susan Romasco-Jones has been a champion of the Recover mission since joining our team in April 2024. The diversity of her experience — including previously with a large disability insurance company, as well as her passion for helping others is the driving force that motivates her as a leader each and every day.

As Senior Director of Operations, Susan is responsible for making sure that every client receives the level of support they deserve and every team member is well-equipped to provide it. She leads a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team of 50+ doctors, counselors, support and documentation specialists.

Outside of Recover, Susan enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors with her husband & their three sons, as well as dedicating any time she can to continued personal growth.
